In this show, I have experimented with alternative firing techniques. A lot of the pieces have been Saggar fired to give exciting surface effects. I have also continued my experimentation with Naked Raku. Prominent in this series is the range of “Bells”, which carries forward my obsession with the silent song of clay. Though instruments of sound, their silence resonates with a state of peace and calm.

I also had a series of “Fruits and Pods”, each holding within itself the infinite promise of life.
“Flight” speaks of the human spirit’s continuous quest for self improvement; of rising above one limitations.
